5. Data Retention Period

Personal data shall be processed by the Organizer for the period necessary to conduct the competition and for the duration required by applicable legal regulations. Data processed for marketing purposes shall be retained until consent is withdrawn.

The Organizer may transfer personal data only to the extent necessary for organizing the event, in particular to timing service providers, payment service providers, accounting services, and authorities where required by law. 7. Photo and Video Recordings

Photo and video recordings may be made during the event, which the Organizer may use for promotional and documentation purposes (website, social media, press). By registering, the participant consents to this.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

Participants have the right to request information about the processing of their personal data, access their data, request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

9. Data Security

The Organizer shall take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and to protect them against unauthorized access.

10. Final Provisions

By submitting the registration, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the data processing policy. The Organizer reserves the right to amend this policy and will inform participants accordingly.
